Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

Air Cleaner Removal/Installation

1. Make sure you have anti-theft codes for the audio system and the navigation system (if equipped).
2. Remove the battery.
3. Disconnect the MAF sensor/IAT sensor 5P connector (A).






4. Remove the harness clamps (B) and bolt (C).
5. Loosen the band (D), then remove the air cleaner housing (E).
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
7. Reinstall the battery, and do these items:
- Enter the anti-theft codes for the audio system and the navigation system (if equipped).
- Set the clock (on vehicles without navigation).
