Turn Signal/Hazard Flasher Control Circuit Input Test

1. Remove the gauge control module.




2. Disconnect the 20P connector (A) from the gauge control module (B)




3. With the connector still disconnected, make these input tests at the gauge control module 20P connector terminals.
- If any test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
- If all the input tests prove OK, Go to step 4.




4. Reconnect the connector to the gauge control module, and make these input tests at the appropriate connector.
- If any test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
- If all the input tests prove OK, the turn signal/hazard relay must be faulty; replace it.
