Fuel Receptacle Replacement

1. Relieve fuel pressure between the fuel receptacle and the fuel tank.
2. Remove the fuel pipe protector.




3. Remove the bolts (A).
4. Remove the fuel fill pipe (B).

NOTE: Always use two wrenches when removing or installing the fuel pipe nuts.

5. Apply silicone grease (PARKER CHRISTO-LUBE) to a new O-ring (C), and carefully install i t into its proper position.
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
7. Do the leak inspection procedure.
