DTC 41
DTC 41: Accumulator Stored pressure Low1. Check for brake fluid leakage at hose and line joints of the servo unit or the power unit.
NOTE: Check the high pressure lines for leaks, particularly on the power unit, the servo unit, and the master cylinder.
Is there a fluid leak?
YES - Repair the brake fluid leak.
NO - Go to step 2.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
3. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
4. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
5. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
6. Wait at least 2 minutes.
7. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 41 indicated?
YES - Go to step 8.
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the servo unit.
8. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
9. Replace the accumulator.
10. Turn the ignition switch ON (Ill.
11. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
12. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
13. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
14. Wait at least 2 minutes.
15. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 41 indicated?
YES - Replace the servo unit.
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the servo unit.
