DTC 108-21

DTC 108-21: Steering Angle Sensor Malfunction
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
3. Test-drive the vehicle.
4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 81-21 indicated?
YES - Replace the steering angle sensor.
NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the steering angle sensor and the VSA modulator-control unit. Refer to intermittent failure.
