Throttle body Removal/Installation

1. Remove the air cleaner.




2. Disconnect connector from the IAC valve (A), EVAP canister purge valve (B), and TP sensor (C).
3. Disconnect the water bypass hoses (D), and plug them.
4. Disconnect the vacuum hoses (E).
5. Remove the throttle cable (F) and the cruise control actuator cable (with cruise control) (G)
6. Remove the throttle body (H).
7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (I), then check these items:
- Do not adjust the throttle stop screw (J).
- Refill the radiator with engine coolant.
- Adjust the throttle cable.
- Adjust the cruise control cable.
- Do the ECM/PCM idle learn procedure.
