Throttle Body Removal/Installation

1. Remove the air cleaner.




2. Disconnect connector from the IAC valve (A) and TP sensor (B).
3. Disconnect the water bypass hoses (C), and plug them.
4. Remove the throttle cable (D) and the actuator cable (with cruise control) (E).
5. Remove the throttle body (F).
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (G), then check these items:
- Do not adjust the throttle stop screw (H).
- Do the PCM idle learn procedure.
- Refill the radiator with engine coolant.
