DTC P1570 (66): Battery Module Individual Voltage Input Problem
1. Reset the MCM.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
3. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
Is DTC P1570 indicated ?
YES - Go to step 4.
NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the battery module and at the MCM.
4. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
5. Turn the battery module switch OFF.
6. Remove the IPU lid.
7. Turn the battery module switch ON.





8. Measure voltage between the following MCM connector terminals:
^ F14 and F6
^ F6 and F13
^ F13 and F5
^ F5 and F4
^ F1 and F7
^ F7 and F2
^ F2 and F8
^ F8 and F3
^ F3 and F9
^F9 and F10
Is each measurement about 11 V or higher?
YES - Update the MCM if it does not have the latest software, or substitute a known-good MCM, then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good MCM, replace the original MCM.
NO - Replace the battery module.
