Master Switch Input Test
NOTE: The control unit is built into the power window master switch, and only controls driver's door window operations.1. Remove the driver's armrest, and disconnect the 16P and 1P connectors from the master switch.
2. Inspect the connector and socket terminals to be sure they are all making good contact.
- If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair them as necessary, and recheck the system.
- If the terminals look OK, make the input tests shown in the table at the connector.
- If a test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
- If all the input tests prove OK, the power window maser switch must be faulty; replace it.
