[1] If removed for base idle check, reconnect the 2P connector on the Electronic Air Control Valve (EACV), then remove the HAZARD (# 5) fuse, in the main fuse box, for 10 seconds to reset the ECU. Restart and idle the engine with the no-load conditions in which the headlights, blower fan, rear defogger, cooling fan, and air conditioner are not operating for one minute, then check the idle speed.

[2] Idle the engine for one minute with the headlights on (HI) and the rear defogger ON and check the idle speed. If applicable, with Automatic transmission models, idle the engine for one minute in gear (except N or P) and check the idle speed.

[3] Idle the engine for one minute with the heater fan switch on the high (right end) position and the air conditioner on, then check the idle speed.
