Removal/Installation

1. Remove air cleaner.
2. Disconnect coolant hoses from the carburetor thermowax valve and from carburetor water passage.
3. Disconnect electrical connecters from both primary slow mixture cut-off valves.

4. Remove fuel cut-off relay from under dash to avoid fuel spillage.
5. Mark and remove vacuum lines.
6. Loosen carburetor mounting clamps and remove carburetor assembly.

Carburetor Assembly:

7. Remove carburetor crossover pipe.
8. Remove rear bracket.
9. Remove front bracket and separate carburetors.

Carburetor Assembly:

10. Reverse procedure to install, following the bracket tightening sequence shown.
11. Refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES for throttle cable adjustment.
