Warm idle speed too high.

CHECK:
1. Electronic Control Unit *
2. Idle Controls
3. Air Intake
4. Other Emission Controls

NOTE:
Numbers in parentheses are the blink codes displayed on the back of the ECU.
* LED on the ECU is not on, or stays on without blinking.
