Engine won't start.

CHECK:
1. Fuel supply
2. Ignition Output Signal (15)
3. Electronic Control Unit *
4. Fuel Injector(s) (16)

Numbers in parentheses are the blink codes displayed on the back of the ECU.
* LED on the ECU is not on, or stays on without blinking.
