TDC (Top Dead Center) Sensors

Crankshaft Sensor:

The TDC Sensor determines ignition timing at start-up (cranking) and when crank angle signal is abnormal. The TDC sensor determines the crankshaft position at top dead center. The magnetic sensor produces an alternating current generated by the rotary motion of the trigger wheel. This signal is then sent to the ECU.
