1. Defective ECU.
2. Defective fuel pump main relay.
3. Poor fuel pump ground.
4. Incorrect fuel line pressure.
5. Clogged fuel filter.
6. Secondary valve in throttle body not fully opened.
7. Open or shorted manifold air pressure sensor circuit.
8. Broken or disconnected manifold air pressure sensor hose.
9. Defective manifold air pressure sensor.
