Cold Start/Driveability Improvements for '84-'85 Accords
(Supersedes 85-022 dated APR 19, '86)

PROBLEM

^ The engine misfires, stalls, or hesitates after a cold start.
^ The engine runs rough or won't start because the spark plugs foul after repeated start/stop cycles.

CORRECTIVE ACTION





Install cold start/driveability kits as necessary, according to the car's engine number (refer to the engine number ranges). Installation instructions are included.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty coverage for correcting these problems on a customer request basis has been extended to 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date the car was first sold.

NOTE:
To show connections more clearly hoses are drown longer than they really are.

CAUTION:
After you install each now hose make sure none of the hoses are kinked or pinched.
