Table A Indicator Flashes Continuously W/IGN SW. In ACC or On









When measurements are requested In this table, use J 39200 DMM with the correct terminal adapter from J 35616-A Connector Test Adapter Kit. When a check for proper connection Is requested, refer to Intermittents and Poor Connections Diagrams, information. When a wire, connector or terminal repair is requested, use J 38125-A Terminal Repair Kit and refer to Wiring Repair.

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The ECU-B Fuse supplies system voltage at all times through the AIR BAG indicator, to the center sensor assembly AIR BAG indicator input terminal 5. When the ignition switch is turned to ACC, system voltage is applied from the CIG & RADIO Fuse to the center sensor assembly at the DC-DC converter input terminal 16. The center sensor responds by illuminating the AIR BAG indicator for approximately six seconds while performing tests on the SRS. The IGN Fuse supplies system voltage to the center sensor assembly terminal 15 when the ignition switch is turned to the ON or START positions.

2. This test checks if the junction connector 3 is malfunctioning.
4. This test checks for a short to ground in TC1 and TC2 CKTs.
6. This test checks for a short to ground in TC3 CKT.
