Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

Removing IAC Valve:

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the throttle body from the intake manifold.
2. Remove the four screws from the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve.
3. Remove the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and gasket from throttle body.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and a new gasket to throttle body.
2. Secure the IAC valve with four screws.
3. Install the throttle body to intake manifold.
