Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair

Description:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. Knee bolster. Refer to Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
3. One screw and left side vent tube.
4. Two screws and mounting bracket.
5. DRL control module electrical connector.
6. DRL control module from bracket by releasing module case clips with flat-bladed screwdriver.
7. DRL control module from vehicle.

Install or Connect
1. DRL control module to mounting bracket.
2. DRL control module electrical connector.
3. Mounting bracket; secure with two screws.
4. Left side vent tube; secure with one screw.
5. Knee bolster. Refer to Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
6. Negative (-) battery cable. Refer to Battery Replacement in Battery.
