Overhaul

REMOVAL





1. Five screws and rotor plate from oil pump body.





2. Outer and inner rotors from oil pump body.

INSTALLATION
1. Wash, clean, and dry all disassembled parts.
2. Apply thin coat of engine oil to inner and outer rotors, oil seal lip portion and inside surfaces of oil pump body and plate.
3. Outer and inner rotors to oil pump body.
4. Rotor plate to oil pump body; secure with five screws.
5. Be sure that gears turn smoothly by hand.
