Troubleshooting Hints

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check IG-COIL Fuse.
2. Check that the Parking Brake is fully released.
3. Check that the brake fluid reservoir is adequately filled.
4. Check that the brake hoses and pipes are securely fastened and not leaking. Refer to Brake Hose and Pipe Inspection in Brakes.
5. Check for an open or shorted filament within the "BRAKE" Indicator.
6. Check that G102 and G203 are clean and tight.
7. Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminal connections.
