PCV Valve Replacement

Removing PCV Valve:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. One nut, one bolt, [1][2]PCV hose, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor connector and Air Cleaner (ACL) from Throttle Body Fuel Injection (TBI) unit.
3. One clamp and [1][2]PCV hose from PCV valve.
4. Two screws and PCV valve from intake manifold.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. PCV valve to intake manifold; secure with two screws.
2. [1][2]PCV hose to PCV valve; secure with one clamp.
3. [1][2]PCV hose, IAT sensor connector and ACL to TBI unit; secure with one nut and bolt. Tighten ACL bolt to 10 Nm (7.5 lb ft).
4. Negative (-) battery cable. Tighten negative (-) battery cable-to-negative battery terminal.
