DESCRIPTION
This vehicle is equipped with a Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) welded to the front exhaust pipe and referred to as the TWC assembly.

The catalytic converter is an emission control device added to the exhaust system to reduce pollutants from the exhaust gas stream. The catalyst has coatings that contain platinum and rhodium. The three way catalyst lowers the levels of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) as well as hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO).

CAUTION: The catalytic converter requires the use of unleaded fuel only, or damage to the catalyst may result.

WARNING: Prolonged operation with a misfiring or flooded engine may cause the catalytic converter to overheat. This could cause damage either to the catalyst Itself or the operating vehicle and possible personal injury.
