Without Daytime Running Lights
CIRCUIT OPERATIONThe (Fog Lamp) Relay, located in the RELAY BOX, receives Battery voltage to its contacts at all times through Fuse C~4. The coil side receives voltage from Fuse E-7 whenever the Lighting Relay is energized. When the FOG LAMP SWITCH is pressed to the ON position, the coil of the (Fog Lamp) Relay is grounded through the FOG LAMP SWITCH and the COMBINATION TURN SIGNAL/ DIMMER SWITCH at G201. When a ground signal is provided, the (Fog Lamp) Relay is energized, its contacts are pulled closed, and voltage is provided to the FOG LAMPS. The LH FOG LAMP is permanently grounded at G102 and the RH FOG LAMP is permanently grounded at G103. The LIGHT SWITCH must be in the HEADLAMP position and the COMBINATION TURN SIGNAL/DIMMER SWITCH must be in the LOW position in order for the FOG LAMPS to operate.
