Troubleshooting Hints - Blower Controls

PROCEDURE
1. Check Fuses C-11, C-21, E-1 and Fusible Link FL-2 with a fuse tester.
2. Check that the (Neutral) Relay (Base - Automatic Transaxle), Restart Relay and Heater and A/C Relay are securely mounted into their cavities.
3. Check that G102, G103 and G202, are clean and tight.
