Troubleshooting Hints - Exterior Lights

PROCEDURE
1. For lamps that will not light.
^ Check that the fuse used to power the lamp is good by checking other lamps powered by the same fuse.
^ Check the ground wires of the affected lamps for opens.
^ Check that the TURN/HAZARD RELAY is securely mounted in its connector.

2. For lamps that remain lit.
^ Check the wire to the connector of the affected lamp for a short to voltage.
^ Check that the TURN/HAZARD RELAY is not stuck closed.

3. Check that grounds G101, G102, G103, G201, G403 and G404 are clean and tight.
