EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove air cleaner assembly.
2. Disconnect vacuum hoses from EGR valve.
3. Remove fasteners from valve.
4. Remove EGR valve & gasket.

INSTALLATION

1. Install new gasket.
2. Install EGR valve.
3. Install fasteners.
4. Tighten to specifications. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS.
5. Connect vacuum hoses.
6. Install air cleaner assembly.
