Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable
2. Remove heat protector, then disconnect oxygen sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the EGR pipe from exhaust manifold and EGR valve, then the front exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold.
4. Remove exhaust manifold retaining nuts and bolts, then the exhaust manifold.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
