OVERVIEW

In some of the affected vehicles, the rear tire size listed on the Tire and Loading Information and Safety Compliance Certification Labels may be incorrect Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No 110 requires that the correct tire size for the vehicle as built be listed on the Tire and Loading Information Label.

Stock Vehicles:
Supplemental labels with the correct tire information will be mailed the week of February 8, 2010 to dealers with affected vehicles Dealers are to affix the label as instructed.

Sold Vehicles:
Supplemental labels with the correct tire information will be mailed the week of February 8, 2010 to owners with affected vehicles Label installation instructions will be included Owners may choose to have the label installed by their dealer

LABEL INSTALLATION





Using a suitable towel, clean the area above the latch on the driver side B-pillar to remove any dirt or moisture that would cause the label not to stick Then, peel the backing off the supplied label and affix it to the vehicle as shown See Figure 1.
