Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Bumper Cover - Rear Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the 4 rear bumper nuts (2 each side) and the rear bumper.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

3. If necessary, remove the 2 rear bumper cover brackets and rivets.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Use the Heavy-Duty Riveter to install the new rivets.
