Inspection and Verification
1. Verify the customer concern.
2. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
3. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage. Refer to Visual Inspection Chart:

4. If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom. GO to Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
