Inspection and Verification1. Verify the customer concern.
2. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
3. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage. Refer to Visual Inspection Chart:
