Normal Operation
When the speed control is engaged, the speed control actuator grounds circuit 8-PG11 (WH/BK) to the instrument cluster to illuminate the speed control indicator.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 8-PG11 (WH/BK) open, short to ground or voltage
- Speed control actuator
- Instrument cluster.
