Under normal operation, the function selector switch is supplied voltage through circuit 29-FA13 (OG). The function selector switch is grounded through circuit 91-FA13 (BK/OG).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- An open in circuit 29-FA13 (OG) or 91-FA13 (BK/OG)
- Function selector switch
