Front Door: Adjustments

DOOR ADJUSTMENT - FRONT

NOTE:
- The door should be adjusted for even and parallel fit with the body opening and the surrounding panels.
- Check the rear door hinge adjustment before adjusting the front door hinge.







1. Mark the position of the front door hinge to use as a reference point.
2. Loosen the 4 front door hinge-to-front door bolts just enough to permit movement of the door.







3. Adjust the front door alignment to the specifications.
4. Tighten the 4 front door hinge-to-front door bolts.
- Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
