Normal Operation
The instrument cluster receives the speed control status from the speed control actuator. When the speed control is engaged, the speed control actuator provides the instrument cluster with the speed control engaged status signal grounding circuit 8-PG11 (WH/BK) to the instrument cluster to illuminate the speed control indicator.

Possible Causes
- circuit 8-PG11 (WH/BK) open, short to ground, or short to voltage
- speed control actuator
- instrument cluster
