Normal Operation
A variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the transmission control lever through circuit 29S-LK21 (OG/BK). The transmission control lever is grounded through circuit 31-TA34 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 29S-LK21 (OG/BK) open
- circuit 31-TA34 (BK) open
- transmission range selector lever
