Normal Operation
A variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the climate control panel through circuits 29S-LE10 (OG/GN) and 29S-LH27 (OG/GN). The climate control panel is grounded through circuits 31-LH27 (BK) and 91-FA13 (BK/OG).

Possible Causes
- circuit 29S-LE10 (OG/GN) open
- circuit 29S-LH27 (OG/GN) open
- circuit 31-LH27 (BK) open
- circuit 91-FA13 (BK/OG) open
