Normal Operation
When the multifunction switch is in the left hand turn signal position, voltage is sent from the multifunction switch to the instrument cluster through circuit 3 (LG/WH), and the left turn signal indicator flashes on and off.

Possible Causes
- circuit 3 (LG/WH) open
- LH turn signal lamps
- instrument cluster
