Oil Level Indicator and Tube

Removal and Installation





1. NOTE: 2.3L engine shown, 2.0L engine is similar.

Remove the oil level indicator and tube.
1 Remove the oil level indicator.
2 Remove the two bolts.
3 Remove the oil level indicator tube.

2. NOTE: Inspect the O-ring and install new if necessary.

NOTE: Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring before installation of the indicator tube.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
