Fuel Tank Unit: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank.







2. Remove the module assembly flange bolts.

NOTE: For installation, tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.

3. Clean the area around the fuel delivery module mounting flange.







4. Lift the fuel pump, carefully detach the fuel float arm and remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Install a new fuel pump O-ring.
