Trunk / Liftgate Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

LOCK CYLINDER - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR

REMOVAL
1. If removing the luggage compartment lock cylinder, remove the license plate bulb assembly.
2. If removing the liftgate lock cylinder, remove liftgate door trim panel.







3. Remove the lock cylinder.
1 Disconnect the actuating rod.
2 Remove the spring clip.
3 Remove the lock cylinder.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
