Rear Seat Backrest Latch - 3-Door and Wagon

REMOVAL
1. Disassemble the rear seat backrest.







2. Detach the retractor lock cable.

NOTE: Note the routing of the retractor lock bowden cable when removing to aid installation.







3. Remove the backrest latch.
^ Remove the screws.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

CAUTION: Check the operation of the safety belt retractor, the cable routing and latch interlock operation before fully assembling the rear seat backrest.
