Clutch Pedal Adjustment - Freeplay





1. Depress the clutch pedal until clutch resistance is felt, and measure the distance between the upper clutch height and where the resistance is felt.
If necessary, adjust the pedal free play by turning the locknut and the equalizer bar to clutch release lever rod.





2. Verify that the disengagement height from the upper surface of the clutch pedal pad to the carpet is correct when the clutch pedal is fully depressed.
