Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the IAC valve:
^ Disconnect the connector.
^ Remove the two bolts, the IAC valve and the gasket.

NOTE:
^ Ignition wires must be in place before the electrical connector is connected.
^ Discard the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve gasket.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Use a new gasket.
