Exhaust Manifold-RH

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.





3. Disconnect the transducer electrical connector and remove the wiring harness from the push pin.





4. Loosen the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) nut.





5. Remove the EGR tube.
6. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.





7. Remove the LH exhaust manifold flange nuts.





8. Remove the RH exhaust manifold flange nuts.
9. Lower the vehicle.

10. NOTE: Discard the exhaust manifold gasket.





Remove the RH exhaust manifold.
^ Remove the nuts.

Installation

1. NOTE: Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown.

















To install, reverse the removal procedure.
