Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Depress the brake pedal to check the stoplamps and to verify the customer concern.
2. Check for the following causes of electrical faults:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
^ Circuit(s)
^ Fuse
^ Bulb(s)
^ Plug loose, corroded or faulty

3. If the concern has not been rectified as a result of this check, look up the symptom(s) in the following Symptom Chart and proceed as instructed. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
