Throttle Body: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.







3. Disconnect the connector from the Throttle Position sensor (TP sensor).







4. Remove the throttle body.
^ Remove the speed control actuator cable (if equipped).
^ Remove the accelerator cable.
^ Remove the bolts.
^ Remove the throttle body.
5. Remove and inspect the Throttle Body gasket (TB gasket). Replace if required.

INSTALLATION







1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
