Disassembly

1. Using the special tools, remove the input shaft front bearing assembly cup and the shim.

2. Using the special tools, remove the seal.

3. Using the special tools, remove the countershaft bearing assembly cup and the countershaft front bearing shim.

4. Using the special tools, remove the rear output shaft bearing assembly cup.

5. Using the special tools, remove the countershaft bearing assembly cup.

Assembly

1. Using the special tools and a press, install the rear output shaft bearing assembly cup.

2. Using the special tools and a press, install the countershaft bearing assembly cup.

3. Using the special tools, install the seal.

4. Using the special tools and a press, install the shim and the input shaft front bearing assembly cup.

5. Using the special tools and a press, install the countershaft front bearing shim and the countershaft bearing assembly cup.
