Manifold and Tube Assembly - Accumulator to Compressor

REMOVAL
1. Perform the Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure.







2. Disconnect the fitting at the accumulator.
3. Raise the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service.







4. Disconnect the fitting at the compressor.
5. Remove the accumulator to compressor tube.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Lubricate the O-ring seal with PAG Compressor Oil, YN-12c, F7AZ-19589-DA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
