PARTS REQUIREMENTS
Parts Ordering Information
CUSTOMER VEHICLES:
Service parts kits will be shipped to your dealership according to the procedures established for "Low Volume Recalls or Owner Notification Programs".
NOTE:
Parts will be ordered directly by an SVT Coordinator. Service parts kits will be ordered after a service appointment for the vehicle owner has been established. Unused service kits may be returned for credit.

STOCK VEHICLES:
Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Contact a SVT Coordinator at 1-800-367-3655 to arrange shipment for a service parts kit. Due to the limited availability of service parts kits, dealers should only update in-stock units after the unit has been sold yet prior to delivery. When calling this number, identify Owner Notification Program 99B27 and have the VIN of the in-stock vehicle available.
NOTE:
Dealers will receive service parts kits labeled with one of the three (3) following suffixes: AA, AC or AD. All three versions of the service parts kit are physically and functionally identical. Due to the limited availability and manufacturing capacity of the lower intake manifold, three separate suppliers are being utilized in order to maintain sufficient service quantities to support Owner Notification Program 99B27.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
